Created to work out legs, abs, and buttock muscles and with the flexible bar also includes your arms with the upper body. LegMaster® targets your inner thighs, outer thighs, buttock, hips, and core muscles to tighten and tone them. Use your own bodyweight to train muscles. Targets adductor and abductor muscles which are normally hard to isolate. Helps to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and strengthens weak muscles associated with incontinence. Simple to use.
In the short time we have had this, my husband has already noticed an improvement in both his walking and posture as well as toned abdominal muscles. I haven’t been able to use it as much owing to knee concerns but hope to be able to soon. Easy to use and kept in the centre of the house means it is always visible. Being pink too helps- not the usual grey or black for exercise machines!

Ok, so I have been sitting on the fence- saw Fiona’s segment a few times, but still wasn’t convinced. Another round of back surgery and search for low impact exercise was the final trigger. So glad I did. Still early days but am very happy with the quality, ease of use and potability of this little powerhouse piece of equipment. Should have got one ages ago.

It comes put together, literally a minute to set up from opening box, so easy, just click the bar in. Beautiful pink colour, very solid, fabulous quality, feels professional, you can feel it working from very first go and every go after that. I started with 60 reps (literally one minute workout) I’m up to 130 reps in 85 secs, 3 times per day after 3 weeks from starting. I absolutely wouldn’t be without it. I definitely recommend. Works my inner thighs, lower abdomen etc, can’t recommend enough.
